“Green Footprint Lightening on sports Activities, Management, and Events” (Green FLAME) is an Erasmus+ project under the coordination of the Spanish Olympic Committee. Green FLAME aims to promote a more sustainable sports environment in general and promote neutral sports events by encouraging not only sports managers but also fans. The Sport Go Green online course is one of the project’s main outputs, divided into two different levels: a basic introductory course and an advanced course for more experienced learners. The basic course will introduce learners to environmental sustainability and sustainable development, sports’ impact on the environment and what sports organisations can do to reduce it.
