    This course is aimed at elite athletes who have expressed willingness to become mentors of vulnerable and institutionalised children. Following the goals of the 4me4all project, the 4me4all course will teach learners about the challenges that institutionalised children face, and how these can affect their health. It will also showcase some good practices and habits and how they can be of help, as well as highlight the role that a forme athlete can have as a mentor in promoting healthy habits and improving their well-being.

    Athletes Speakers

    The Athletes Speakers course is a tailor-made educational programme dedicated to empowering athletes by enhancing their communication skills. Athletes Speakers offer a comprehensive suite of video lessons and materials covering presentation techniques, public speaking, storytelling, non-verbal communication, effective language and others.

    This course is part of the "Athletes Speakers" project, funded by the European Union.     DigiCycle

    The DigiCycle online course is dedicated to raising awareness of the potential of e-sports for the promotion of physical activity, particularly e-cycling. It is focused on educating stakeholders on how e-cycling can be used to promote physical activity and get more people interested in cycling as a sport.

    DigiSail

    The DigiSail online course is dedicated to raising awareness of the potential of gaming for the promotion of sports. Particularly, it is focused on how the use of the Virtual Regatta platform can be used by sailing federations and clubs to increase participation in the sport, communicating with young people and breaking barriers of access to the sport of sailing.

    Gender Equality FORCE (GE-FORCE) aims to empower the sport organisations to balance the gender in their leadership positions. The objective of this online course is to provide awareness, guidance, and support to the “new leaders” of sport, and to aspire them to be part of the necessary change to promote diversity and inclusion.
