“Olympic Committees for Dual Careers” (OCDC) is a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme dedicated to promoting dual careers among elite athletes, raising awareness of the importance and opportunities that dual careers provide. It aims to develop support mechanisms for elite athletes to manage their sporting careers and studies simultaneously, and to provide elite athletes with opportunities to find their passions and vocations beyond sport and acquire essential skills to jump into the employment market after retirement.

The OCDC online course for Junior athletes grants learners advice on how to manage schedules between education and sports, cope with the pressure of elite performance and education, create a personal brand, find dual career support and plan for the future.
