    This course is aimed at elite athletes who have expressed willingness to become mentors of vulnerable and institutionalised children. Following the goals of the 4me4all project, the 4me4all course will teach learners about the challenges that institutionalised children face, and how these can affect their health. It will also showcase some good practices and habits and how they can be of help, as well as highlight the role that a forme athlete can have as a mentor in promoting healthy habits and improving their well-being.

    Athletes Speakers

    The Athletes Speakers course is a tailor-made educational programme dedicated to empowering athletes by enhancing their communication skills. Athletes Speakers offer a comprehensive suite of video lessons and materials covering presentation techniques, public speaking, storytelling, non-verbal communication, effective language and others.

V tem tečaju bodo udeleženci našli strategije za obvladovanje usklajevanja teh vidikov življenja spoznali možnosti institucionalne in medosebne podpore pri razvoju dvojne kariere ter slišali zgodbe o uspehu drugih mladih športnikov.

    The OCDC online course for junior athletes is dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of having a dual career, and to providing advice and tips on how to manage an elite sports career with regular studies. In this course, learners will find strategies to cope with balancing these two aspects of their life, get to know opportunities for institutional and interpersonal support in dual career development and hear success stories from other young athletes.

    OCDC – Αθλητές μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας

    Το διαδικτυακό μάθημα OCDC για αθλητές μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας είναι αφιερωμένο στην ευαισθητοποίηση σχετικά με τη σημασία της προετοιμασίας για μια καριέρα μετά τον αθλητισμό. Σε αυτό το μάθημα, οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα βρουν στρατηγικές για να εξισορροπήσουν τον αθλητισμό υψηλού επιπέδου με την εκπαίδευση ή την απασχόληση, θα βρουν ευκαιρίες εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων συμβατές με το πρόγραμμα των αθλητών, θα δημιουργήσουν ένα δίκτυο υποστήριξης και θα μάθουν για τα θεσμικά προγράμματα υποστήριξης και θα διαχειριστούν το δικό τους εμπορικό σήμα.

    Spletni tečaj OCDC za starejše športnike je namenjen ozaveščanju o pomenu priprav na zaključek športne kariere. V tem tečaju bodo udeleženci našli strategije za obvladovanje usklajevanja vrhunskega športa in izobraževanja ali zaposlitve, poiskali priložnosti za izobraževanje odraslih, ki so združljive z urniki športnikov, vzpostavili podporno mrežo in se seznanili z institucionalnimi podpornimi programi ter upravljali svojo blagovno znamko.

    OCDC – Νεαροί Αθλητές

    Το διαδικτυακό μάθημα του OCDC για νεαρούς αθλητές είναι αφιερωμένο στην ευαισθητοποίηση, σχετικά με τα οφέλη της διπλής καριέρας και στην παροχή συμβουλών στο πώς να διαχειρίζεστε μια κορυφαία αθλητική καριέρα με τακτικές σπουδές. Σε αυτό το μάθημα, οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα βρουν στρατηγικές για να αντιμετωπίσουν την εξισορρόπηση αυτών των δύο πτυχών της ζωής τους, θα γνωρίσουν ευκαιρίες για θεσμική και διαπροσωπική υποστήριξη στην ανάπτυξη διπλής καριέρας και θα ακούσουν ιστορίες επιτυχίας από άλλους νεαρούς αθλητές.

    The Sport Go Green advanced course is dedicated to educating sports stakeholders in-depth on sustainability problems and the implementation of strategies in sports organisations to reduce their activities' carbon footprint, energy expenditure and waste. The course will provide sports managers with a holistic learning experience on environmental sustainability related to sports activities and sports events, including carbon footprint measurement using the Sport Go Green app.
